By appointment only — Schedule J signed face-to-face at an agreed location (in line with KPKT conditions).
4. Money In
The full amount to your bank account. No “processing fee” deductions.

- Ask for upfront payment — no “legal fee”, “processing fee” or “deposit” before your loan is disbursed. This is the number one scammer tactic.
- Hold your ATM card, original MyKad, or banking passwords. Not ever.
- Lend without a written Schedule J agreement — no agreement, no protection for you.
